NOT MORE WORKING REMOTELY IN MOSCOW REQUIRED
IMPROVEMENT OF COVID-19 SITUATION IN MOSCOW AND NEW RULES
Important new for all Russian businesses: on January 27, 2021 Moscow major Sergey Sobyanin issued the Decree cancelling the binding requirement that minimum 30% of employees shall work remotely. This requirement was first introduced in October 2020 to fight the pandemics of COVID-19, as the number of infections was rising. So this Decree cancels the regular reporting on the employees working from office and from home and they are free to establish he rules of going to office by themselves.
Restaraunts, cafes and night clubs are now allowed to work all 24 hours, however, sanitary requirements are in place.
